Not really. One of the most beautiful and special things about JetLAG is that there is no cell service or wifi at the campground. JetLAG is an unplugged getaway from the pressures of everyday life. With no WiFi and no service, you’re isolated in our Garden of Eden for the weekend. For emergencies, there is service near the Festival Gates. You can find that Hotspot location marked on our. Certain cell phone providers provide more service at JetLAG than others. Sometimes, out of nowhere, you may get service. Sometimes, you might not. Stranger things have happened…
There are no ATMs on the grounds, the closest is by Route 17. Some Festival vendors may be accepting credit cards, but it is best to bring cash. Remember, there is no WiFi or cellular service on site.
Try your best to “leave no trace” so we can leave Peaceful Valley as beautiful as when we arrived.
Recycling – Carry it out, recycle it yourself.
Trash – Bring to a dumpster on site. The map will show all dumpster locations. Garbage and Recycling bins are available in every area of the campsite – please use them for small personal items, but do not put large bags of camp trash there - that’s what the dumpsters are for!
For large camps with lots of trash, clean up your area on Sunday and leave trash in Large Trash Bags at your campsite for us to pick up and take to the dump. If you need bags, just ask a festival volunteer for them. PLEASE NOTE: Clear trash bags only! Try to keep your plastic and paper consumption during the Festival at a minimum.
We understand that it’s tempting to bring mountains of paper plates and cutlery for your campsite, but those paper plates end up in landfills around the world. Please help us keep the Festival Clean and Green by bringing reusable kitchen and camping tools.
Food Vendors are located by the Central Stage and PANGEA Stage. Most of the Food Vendors do not take credit cards, so make sure you have cash on hand. The Festival General Store is located by the Gates. There you’ll be able to buy last minute supplies during store hours.
Some of the campsites in the General Camping Area have electricity, but overall access is limited. See our site map for more information. Please plan accordingly.
Grills are allowed in the camping area. No disposal of charcoal on the ground. It must be disposed of in a fire pit.
There are a couple permanent bathhouses, as well as portable toilets available throughout the site for your convenience. Showers are available in exchange for two quarters, but we hear they do not always work!
The JetLAG Merchandise Booth at the Central Stage is the most convenient go-to place for directions, information, schedules, lineup, help, and Lost and Found. The Central Stage Merchandise Booth will operate Friday 5pm-11pm and on Saturday 12pm-8pm.
The Lost and Found is located at the Merchandise Booth, right by the Central Stage. It will be operating on Friday 5pm-11pm and on Sat 12pm-8pm. At all other times, please inquire at the Gates.
For your convenience, there will be a free “School Bus” shuttle service operating on Friday between 6pm and 2am, and on Saturday between 11am and 3am. On the shuttle, you can ride across the Festival. The shuttles are yellow school busses that ride between PANGEA and Spell-Art, and you can see all the stops on the map.
Bring your bikes! We highly encourage it, it’s one of the best ways to get around the festival. Electric bikes and other rides are allowed, only if less than 750W of power, and must abide by the campsite’s 10mph speed-limit. Just like cars, any electric ride caught speeding is subject to removal from campgrounds without a refund. No gas-powered bikes, motorcycles, or vehicles can be used to get around the festival.  Your car must be parked during your stay - If you are joyriding across the festival you will be removed from the festival without a refund.
We have festival exclusive t-shirts and various other products that will be sold at the Merchandise booths on the Central Stage and at PANGEA. Merch usually sells out by Saturday afternoon! The Central Stage Merch booth accepts cash and credit cards. Band Merch will also be for sale at the Merch booth and by the stages.
JetLAG contains multiple areas with distinct camping & parking experiences and protocols:
The Central region is a large open field in proximity to the Central Stage and Food Vendors. This is where the majority of the festival is suggested to camp. Car-side camping on the open field is available in first come, first serve spots. Some campsites are allocated to groups that reserve placement in advance, as noted in th There's a limited amount of picnic tables and fire-pits here. No renegade stages or amplified music (car speakers, bluetooth speakers, etc) are allowed.
A grassy, wooded area near the river, home to the Spell-Art stage. Camping here is reserved for Spell Art Stage guests and community.
An island of autonomous camps offering music, art, and interactive experiences for all of JetLAG (from sun-up to sun-up).
If you are registered in a Theme Camp you will camp with your group. Most theme camps are on PANGEA, with the exception of a few in the Village and on the Central Field.
Volunteers on PANGEA will assist you in locating your theme camp. Each theme camp is given a designated area on the island to set up their installations, kitchen, sleeping areas, etc.
You will not be permitted to drive your car onto the theme camp island. Information about parking for theme camps is coming soon. Reach out to your theme camp lead for the most up-to-date details.
The PANGEA Village is the main camping area at PANGEA, and it’s the only place at PANGEA you can camp without being part of a registered theme camp. The PANGEA Village is drive-in, car-side camping, and first-come-first-serve, except for a small marked out area for some theme camps. There are a few picnic tables and fire-rings, but they get snagged quick! Camps are allowed to take only one unclaimed table/ring, and you should pack folding tables to meet your needs. There are no electrical outlets in the Pangea Village. Camps are allowed to run solar, or quiet inverter generators, but please do not run noisy non-inverter generators in this area. No amplified music is allowed in this area, and please be respectful of your neighbors late at night! We recommend it for individuals and small groups that want to be near PANGEA theme camps, stage, workshops, and special events.
There are some AirBnBs and a couple of hotels in the area. But camping is really the best way to make the most out of JetLAG! You may also request an RV site by calling the campground directly, they are first-come, first-serve, and the ones with hookup go fast. See “Can I bring my RV?” below for more information.
Yes you can. RV sites must be reserved in advance directly with Peaceful Valley Campsite. Limited sites are available for Full Hook-up and Dry set up. Both must be assigned ahead of time by the campground. There are currently no more Full Hook-up RV sites available during JetLAG 2024.
Unfortunately, RV camping is not allowed in PANGEA or the PANGEA Village. All RVs will not be allowed to turn off the main road towards PANGEA, and will be directed to the Main Field RV camping area.
Yes to both, however you will be asked to park it in the General Parking area. Even if you are planning to sleep in your vehicle, no cars, vans, busses or RVs are allowed at the campsites. Don't worry, the General Parking area is just a few steps away.
Only vehicles up to 22 feet may camp in the PANGEA Village (Car-side camping area).
JetLAG is committed to creating a peaceful and respectful environment for all attendees. As part of this commitment, amplified music, including the use of speakers or loud PAs is not permitted in any camping area. But “unplugged” is always welcome. Attendees are welcome to bring and play instruments at their campsites, but the volume must be kept at a reasonable level and must not disturb other attendees.  We ask all attendees to respect this policy and to be considerate of their neighbors when enjoying music at their campsites. Anyone found to be playing amplified music at their campsite may be asked to lower the volume or turn off the music, and repeated violations may result in removal from the event.
If you need special arrangements, please contact us at info@jetlagfestival.com at least 2 weeks prior to the festival and we will do our best to accommodate you.
JetLAG is committed to creating a safe and sustainable event for all attendees. As part of this commitment, we have a no driving policy for the duration of the festival. Attendees are not allowed to drive their personal vehicles on the festival grounds after they have parked. This includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, and any other motorized vehicles. The only exception to this policy is for authorized emergency vehicles, staff vehicles, and vehicles with festival designated disability placards. Driving a car on site after it has been parked, unless it is to exit the festival, is not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in removal from the campground. We encourage attendees to use alternative forms of transportation to get around the festival – such as festival shuttles and bicycles. The speed limit at the campground is 10 MPH and it is strictly enforced. Please follow the instructions of the regulating staff at the parking lots, and be considerate of your camping neighbors!
Please comply with the parking rules, instructions from parking attendants, and signage. If your car is blocking traffic or is interfering with the Festival’s function, we reserve the right to have it towed at the owner’s expense. Make sure to only park in clearly designated parking areas. If your car is towed, speak with festival staff at the Gates about retrieval.
Minimum 5 feet between tents.
Must have a fire extinguisher near open fires.
Cooking devices must be at least 10 feet away from tents or trees.

The JetLAG Community Appreciation Ticket program offers a limited amount of tickets at a discounted price for attendees who come from lower-income backgrounds, or who have exceptional circumstances – and for whom a discount would make an impactful difference in their ability to attend the festival. The Community Ticket Program is extended to participants who cannot otherwise afford a full-price ticket and who cannot volunteer to receive a discounted ticket. We understand that every situation is unique and the application provides an opportunity to elaborate on why you want to be considered for a JetLAG Community Ticket. The tickets will be attributed to participants based on their application, and early applications will be given prior consideration.
Important considerations:
Community Tickets cost 75$.
Applications are open until all JetLAG Community Tickets are awarded, or by May 31st, whichever comes first.
If you have bought a ticket in Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4 you will NOT be eligible for the Community Ticket Program.
Awarded applicants need to purchase their tickets online within three weeks after being awarded — otherwise, the ticket will be passed over to another applicant.
JetLAG Community Tickets are non-transferable, and they are also non-refundable. Applicant should be prepared to present Photo ID at the door matching the name on the application.
Donate to Good Music for Good Causes here.
We dedicated JetLAG-2022 & 2023 to supporting Ukrainian aid efforts and raised almost $45,000 to help people impacted by the war in Ukraine. Half of the money came from your donations and merchandise sales, and the other half came from ticket sales. We’ve decided to continue this tradition with “Good Music for Good Causes”: an annual fundraiser to drive donations to Ukraine and other causes close to our community. We encourage all of you to support the spirit of Good Music for Good Causes with an optional donation we’ve added onto each ticket purchase. The recipients of the money raised will once again be causes and aid groups organized by and related to our JetLAG community. Our primary focus is to raise money for humanitarian efforts in Ukraine including medical aid and education, immigration and migration support, transportation, evacuations, clean water, and food delivery. Part of the funds this year will be dedicated in memory of Dina Vistman, a JetLAG community member who cared deeply and worked hard for the missions close to her heart and ours: reforestation in the Amazon, neuro-oncology research, and clean oceans.
The donation allocation is based on committee members voting. Each committee member votes on their top 10 recipients. The recipients are recommended by informed members of the JetLAG community. In 2022, 14 recipients were chosen from the 25 recommended candidates. The money was allocated and distributed by the sum total of points for each candidate. Thank you to our friends and supporters who made this possible.
There’s an old saying that “When the cannons speak, the muses are silent”. We believe in the opposite, that when the cannons speak, the muses are heard. The focus of JetLAG 2022 was an anti-war message and a fundraiser, although we wished and hoped that Russia’s aggression in Ukraine would stop by the time the festival came around. We know that even once this war is over, a more continuous, global and vicious circle of war, violence, repressions, hatred, partitioning, division and displacement, will be still ongoing as it has always been. We therefore saw it as a time to contemplate the roots of a great tradition of open-air music festivals countering this evil with the wisdom, beauty and boldness of the liberal and transformational arts, striving for freedom, peace and justice, for a better world to come. Symbolically enough, JetLAG’s site is located near Woodstock, where one of the most memorable and iconic festivals relevant to this great tradition has taken place once upon a time. The peaceworker and freedom-seeker spirit of such festivals, utterly American, is also very international. It has similar and different channels all over the world. We share the legacy of the Soviet Joan Baezes and Bob Dylans, the “bardic (folk) song” movement with its underground open-air forest “slyoty” (gatherings), the clandestine productions, and other social and cultural resistance practices from direct protests to internal and external emigration. As a diaspora-initiated festival of three generations, we recognize immigration, displacement and exile as our shared destiny, which is also, in fact, an American destiny. So, we dedicated JetLAG-2022 to supporting Ukrainian aid efforts. Our goal was to collect 50K from ticket sales profit, merchandise sales and donations and to donate it to the aid efforts. We raised $33,563.00. Wow. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

At JetLAG there are multiple areas with distinct camping & parking experiences and protocols. Find out more about each of the areas below:
The Central region is a large open field in proximity to the Central Stage and Food Vendors. This is where the majority of the festival is suggested to camp. Car-side camping on the open field is available in first come, first serve spots. Some campsites are allocated to groups that reserve placement in advance, as noted in the . There's a limited amount of picnic tables and fire-pits here.
Use designated fire rings for campfires.
Keep tents and other flammable objects at least 10 feet away from campfires.

Apply for a Community Ticket here.
